Recently, I've been doing a lot of 'away from the regular' job works and happened to stumble across some of the sites which are amazing. Of the lot, one, whose advt I've pasted over this note, is such. For the first time I'm witnessing a dollar rise from scratch to something every day. Like a miracle it keeps on adding a few cents each time I log in after I got registered. Amazing !!!

First three months

Dear Friends

These first three months have been great. Tailor made tracks for my regular clients numbered to 32. A small amount as for numbers but a great achievement as for the start. A few out of these have been malayalam, a few hindi, a few nepali, a few bengali and rest english. And so as to mention all have been appreciated a lot. (Maybe one or two were re-done). I have a site called 'www.masterofsounds.com', here I have done advertisement link up with infolinks. I at www.masterofsounds.com have tried to change many things towards betterment as usually people do and found that the response is absolutely stunning. Now I have some hardcore loyalist customers for whom I make tracks ... (I shouldn't be saying customers cause they have in a short time become more than customers to me ... they are like good friends). I recently launched a music resource web site called www.MasterOfSounds.com
Here in this site I have tried to capture some of my imaginations in the form of music. each of the loop based arrangement is having a number of tracks and each and every component is for sale here. When a person buys the song or music clip, he/she gets the complete package as for convenience. Say, I need to fill up my documentary with the same theme which interests me from the clip in master of sounds. Then all I need to do is use the components (supplied along with the music clip) one by one or how ever you want in the entire length of documentary. Same is the case with Original Song section. The parts of the song can be rearranged according to the person who is buying it. It's more like Lego.

To tell you the truth, I began by sitting idle before a computer and doing nothing for hours wondering what should i be doing next. 6 months went by and 11 hours and my first sound out of cakewalk version 6 appeared. And it was the begining of my lifes' career. Read on in the next issue ...

Since sometime now, I've been making karaoke tracks. Some of the basics which I would like to share is how I work step wise so as to get the best out of software based music making. (Pro-Level).

Step 1. Get the source file as neat as possible.
Step 2. Import this song in the software in which you wish to make/record the remaining tracks.
Step 3. Find the BPM (Beat Per Minute). In case of different software you have to measure in a different way. Tell me the software and I'll tell you how.
Step 4. Listen to the entire track and mark the parts where you wish to leave the track as it is. (Original)
Step 5. Fill in the blanks, step by step, track by track.
Step 6. Mixing & Mastering.

Note: Step 5 and 6 are the toughest. Here you need trained ears. This is where people like me come into existence.
